Looks like lonely is all that I got

I guess I'll never know what could have been

-it sure ain't helpin' this mood that I'm in-

It DOWNPOURED last night right before the race. Attn: converse shoes are NOT waterproof.
It was wonderful though. Everyone was running around crazy busy with last minute things to take care of - broken bikes, injuries and wracked nerves.

I shot this two ways - one at 1/30 shutter speed steading the camera against a rail, and then again with a flash. But I definitely liked the first better, even if the rain was streaks rather than drops.

It's beautiful here. Someone please remind me why I'm still in college, because I'm really itching to run away. Far away.
I apologize if one day I disappear. But I think those of you who I care about will understand, and I'll call you from a payphone eventually. Or just come find me and join me.

"...before that sun goes down"

Gone find my baby

Whouh.

By plane, train or automobile - I'm outta here. Gonna start life over at a latitude of 39.43115 N and a longitude of 123.43162 W.

I will attempt to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a computer hacker.

Good thing I have a compass to get where I'm going...I don't wanna be lost anymore.

Why does my heart, feel so bad?

"there (is) skatin' here"

It's been a REAL long day. But at least most of it got to be spent outside.

Watching guys scrape themselves on concrete all day made me feel oddly lonely. I think I miss my brother. Or being a kid. Or both.

"...the shoeshine going on in sad eternity"

Ahh!

They're old pictures, but seem fitting for today. Lots of neither good-nor-bad yelling.

Senior center Drew Naymick and senior guard Drew Neitzel wait together to sub in to the game against Indiana March 2 at Breslin Center. The two celebrated Senior Night with a 103-74 Spartan victory against the Hoosiers. After losing to Memphis in the Sweet 16 Friday, the MSU Men's basketball team now heads into next years season without the Drew's.
