because Lil' Jon ALWAYS tells the truth.

well, i got about 234,524,234 things to do now that i've got class again - so i'm blogging to avoid it, among other procrastination activities.

and because Nichole's so damn cute.

so here's Pride Fest. It was fun, despite the fact my story didn't work out yet for the Michigan Peace Team since no one protested. But I guess it was nice that no one showed up to be fuckin' idiots.

i'll caption later. after all, i do have an entire book to read by 9 a.m. tomorrow.

and i can't find my notebook...

Tittabawassee River Project

Monday was spent in Midland, photographing birds and such. It was a nice surprise to see 'Uncle' Tim, who I lived with for five days when me & Sam traveled to 'Bama with the triathlon team, and spend time with him learning about the work being done by MSU to find out the extent of damage done, or not done, to wildlife living by the river after H.H. Dow dumped a bunch of chemicals around the joint years and years ago.

Next up will be Bike Hospital, aka my backyard, just to document my extreme return to the biking realm. I'll never leave it again. Whitney already did a pretty good job of documenting life at 586 Gunson though, so check out her blog if you want the in-depth lifeview.

me and my friend made a comic book

...and guess how long it took

For some reason, yesterday feels like an eternity ago. However, I do remember riding my bike with no handlebars. And almost breaking my leg hopping back over a fence that surrounded the pool we swam in. Obviously, I keep Robert in mind while making life decisions.

Whoa I spend a lot of time at Bower.

Society for Creative Anachronism. Not Anarchism.

I found these guys on a feature hunt/bike ride Wednesday evening. They were fun and I wish I had been able to spend more time hanging. They spent $500 dollars on cloth for their costumes beforehand.

Mason

I can't wait to bike back to Mason. What kinda town gives a girl 10% off her ice cream cone just for wearing Converse and being too poor to afford real shorts? THIS ONE!
